5 Launch PowerShell as a local admin
Run the following commands:

6 You may repeat these steps to install any RSAT tools or any other tools available within the Features on Demand disc.
For example, to install DNS and Group Policy, do the following:

Add-WindowsCapability –Online –Name Rsat.Dns.Tools~~~~0.0.1.0 –Source .\ -LimitAccess

Add-WindowsCapability –Online –Name Rsat.GroupPolicy.Management.Tools~~~~0.0.1.0 –Source .\ -LimitAccess


7 Reboot and confirm that Active Directory Users and Computers, DNS, and Group Policy Management is installed on your offline Windows 11 machine.
